Brinda Beasley is responsible for managing Newberry’s Staffing Services for both government and commercial clients. She also leads the company’s growing team of technical recruiters. The Newberry Group’s Staffing Services includes: Staff Augmentation, Solutions Staffing, and Permanent Placement of Information Technology Professionals to our clients.

The Newberry Group’s highly qualified technical recruiters hold certifications and degrees in the areas of recruiting, human resources, management, communications, and other technical and non-technical fields. Brinda’s responsibilities include operational control of resource delivery across multi-dimensional disciplines resulting in the fulfillment of full life-cycle requirements of Information Technology.

Brinda has 18 years of professional experience and has managed teams in a variety of corporate environments. Her experience includes strategic planning and executive level management of multiple teams across the U.S. as well as an international staff of recruiting and administrative teams in both technical and non-technical environments.

Brinda is well versed in both Information Technology and engineering disciplines. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Lindenwood University, a B.S. Degree in Management and an Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting Technology.
