As the Vice President of Intelligence and Security Programs (ISP) at Newberry Group
Mr. Cadogan is fully responsible for the development of Go-to-Market Strategy for
the U.S. Intelligence Community and overall leadership and direction of the Intelligence
business unit. Mr. Cadogan manages the ISP team as a client facing organization
delivering IT & Cyber Security solutions and services to the Intelligence Community
and other Federal Agencies supporting the Presidential Comprehensive National Cyber
Security Initiative.
Mr. Cadogan has over 26 years of professional experience in the Intelligence Community
and Public Sector at large. He spent 14 of those at CSC where most recently he served
as Director of Federal Information Security Solutions. In this role, he oversaw
approximately 200 cyber security professionals who provided a full range of security
support across CSC’s federal clients. Prior to this role, Mr. Cadogan was instrumental
in helping CSC pursue, capture, and execute over $200 Million in Intelligence Community
business as a prime contractor. He served as the Deputy Program manager for a major
Intelligence Community IDIQ contract responsible for the day to day execution of
over 17 Delivery Orders. Prior to that, Mr. Cadogan spent two years in the commercial
sector managing a global Infrastructure engineering team for a leading Internet
Service Provider.
Mr. Cadogan is fully cleared with the Intelligence Community. He served in the United
States Air Force under the U.S. Space and Air Force Communication Commands where
he was a nominee for the Air Force’s Twelve Outstanding Airmen recognition program.
