Toni L. Spears provides government and commercial contracts management for Newberry. She coordinates with program managers, business developers, and executives throughout the contracting process and develops relationships with clients and suppliers.

Toni also manages the contracts staff, develops reports, and verifies prime and subcontract invoices. She is responsible for Newberry’s contracts and purchasing process, policies, and procedures and tracking purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and subcontracts. She also advises, consults and serves as a member of the management team in the development and execution of short term and long range plans based on broad corporate goals, strategic planning, and growth objectives.

Toni has more than 20 years of professional experience, including contracts management, analysis and administration for several major corporations. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Tarkio College and is working towards a Master of Business Administration degree at Webster University.
